Yes, but we promise it’s for the best! We want to give you the best possible experience, and we’re unable to do so if we’re not expecting you. Making an appointment guarantees you a fitting room, a stylist, and personalized attention that you deserve.

You’re never “just” anything when it comes to weddings! You’re important and your shopping experience should be too. So, yes! Please make an appointment. That way we can help you choose styles, show you colors, check ordering times, etc without you having to wait for a stylist to be free. 

Bridal appointments are 1.5 hours long, while mother of the bride/groom & bridesmaid appointments are 1 hour. 

Each of our brides is provided with a personal stylist as well as a private bridal suite to try on.

• No more being on display in front of the whole store! Our bridal suites are just for you and your party. Suites are located on the second floor by stair access only. Please let us know in advance if you need first floor accommodations.
• Your personal stylist is there to make sure you try on everything that’s on your mind! They will listen to your requests and pull gowns that fit your style until you find the one!

Our bridal fitting rooms are private, which means your group is in the room with you while trying on. This makes for a more intimate and relaxed shopping experience. The rooms comfortably fit 3 people in addition to the bride. We will do our best to accommodate larger parties. 

A stylist is paired with every bride and is with you every step of the way. She will help you in and out of dresses, while pulling more styles for you throughout the appointment. (We are unable to let a bride try on dresses without a stylist present.)

We require full payment for bridesmaid dresses and tuxedo rentals. All deposits for bridal, evening wear and mothers gowns are 60% down. The remaining balance is due when your gown arrives in the store.
